Touch holistically impacts the individual who gives and the individual who receives. Touch manifest in the spiritual and mental planes as well. When one reaches out mentally to another both individuals are impacted. Life gives many opportunities to touch spiritually. Along our chosen spiritual paths one things remains certain we touch each other soul to soul.
Let's challenge ourselves to touch with awareness. What kind of touch do you give? When another person experiences your touch does it stimulate homeostasis or knock the other out of balance?
